Garment Care
All clothes are made with children in mind. Only quality materials are used. We encourage all customers to wash their items in cold water and tumble dry low or line dry for best results.  Items with crystals should be line dried only.   NOTE:  Occasionally you may find a blue (or on dark colors, a white) ink spot when you receive your shipment.  These are the marks made to align your item on the embroidery machine.  The ink that is used is COMPLETELY water soluble, in fact just dab a wet paper towel on the spots and they will disappear immediately.

Returns & Exchanges
All items are handcrafted by our very creative designers.  Due to the custom nature of our designs, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  However, refunds or exchanges will gladly be made if we send you an incorrect item or one with a defect.  Please contact us if you have any questions prior to making your purchase

Payment

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  We cannot accept money orders or cashiers checks.  If you would like to pay by check, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped within the state of Missouri will be charged sales tax of 8.541%. All orders shipped outside Missouri are not charged sales tax. 


Privacy Policy

All credit cards are processed on a secured server. We take every precaution to protect your personal information.  We are the sole owners of the information (i.e. mailing address, email, phone number, etc.) provided by you, on this site. We only have access to the information that is voluntarily given to us via email or other direct contact by our customers. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to process your order, and unless you ask otherwise, to contact you via email to notify you about specials, products and Sweetpeazz news.  This policy applies only to Sweetpeazz and the Sweetpeazz Website.  It DOES NOT apply to sites that link to www.sweetpeazz.com.  For information regarding those sites please refer to their specific policies.
